SANTA ROSA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ovation Revenue Cycle Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UPMC, is partnering with analytics solutions provider VisiQuate Inc. to offer a powerful combination of revenue cycle software and services to VisiQuate’s leading health care clients nationwide.

VisiQuate will offer Ovation’s electronic transactions, integrated with VisiQuate’s own revenue cycle tools, for managing a patient’s insurance claim’s status. This pairing will allow a health care provider’s revenue cycle staff to quickly resolve claim denials, accelerate cash flow and reduce avoidable write-offs. In addition to receiving payer proprietary denial reasons, which are more actionable for both staff intervention and automation purposes, VisiQuate’s optimized claim status can be obtained much earlier than standard EDI responses, giving staff a jumpstart on resolving claim denials.
